These Terms of Service govern your use of the VeroVibe Studio website (verovibe.com.au) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Products and orders
Our magnets are made to order based on the names, photos, and details you provide at checkout. It's your responsibility to check spelling, names, and image quality before submitting an order, as we produce items exactly as supplied. Once an order enters production it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are current at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.

Shipping
Please see our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery timeframes. VeroVibe Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers once an order has been dispatched.

Returns and refunds
Please see our Return and Refund Policy for details on faulty or damaged items. As our products are custom made, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of VeroVibe Studio and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VeroVibe Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
