Live Photo Magnet Bar
Guests scan a private event QR code and upload a favourite photo taken during the celebration. Our team prepares, prints and presses the magnets onsite, ready for guests to collect before they leave.
It is a relaxed, interactive alternative to a traditional favour and makes use of the candid photos already being captured throughout the event.
Pre-made event magnet favours
Prefer everything prepared beforehand? We can create personalised photo magnets before your event using supplied photos, artwork or branding. They can be packaged individually and delivered ready for place settings, favour tables, guest bags or thank-you gifts.
How the Live Photo Magnet Bar works
- Scan and upload: Guests access your private event upload link using a QR code.
- Made onsite: Our team prepares each photo using your approved event design, then prints and presses the magnet.
- Collect and keep: Finished magnets are packaged and made available for guests to take home.

Indicative pricing
All event pricing is customised. Your final quote will depend on the event date and location, venue access, guest numbers, service duration, number of magnets, selected magnet format, packaging, branding requirements and whether any magnets are produced after the event.
Travel, parking and accommodation may be quoted separately for regional or interstate events. Optional extended guest uploads and post-event production are also priced separately because they affect the final quantity and production time.
We will provide a clear written quote before you book, so there are no mysterious little charges appearing later when everyone is already emotionally committed.
