How do I upload my photos?

Choose your magnet size and pack, then upload one photo for each magnet using the upload field on the product page. Once your files have finished uploading, add the magnets to your cart and complete checkout. Your photos are attached to the order automatically—no separate email is required.

How many photos do I need to upload?

One photo per magnet. For a pack of 9, upload 9 photos. To repeat the same photo, upload that file into each magnet position where you want it used.

What makes a good photo?

Clear, bright original photos with faces or important details easy to see work best. Landscape and portrait orientations are both welcome. Every image is checked before printing, and we will contact you if a photo is unlikely to produce a good result.

What size are the magnets?

Square magnets are 50mm x 50mm. Rectangle magnets are 90mm x 65mm. Both are fridge-friendly keepsake sizes rather than large home décor magnets.

How long does it take?

Orders are handmade and typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipping. Delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on your destination.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes. We ship across Australia, New Zealand and selected international destinations shown at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my magnets?

Because custom magnets are made from your photos, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right. Nothing in our policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Can I order the same photo on multiple magnets?

Yes. Upload the same photo into each required position. For a special crop or text request, email hello@verovibe.com.au with your order number as soon as you place the order.
