How do I upload my photos?

Once you've added your magnets to cart and completed your order, an upload field is available directly on the product page. Simply drag and drop your photos or browse your device to select them. Your files are attached to your order automatically — no emails required.

How many photos do I need to upload?

One photo per magnet. If you order a pack of 9, upload 9 photos. If you'd like the same photo repeated across multiple magnets, just let me know in the order notes.

What makes a good photo?

Clear, bright photos with faces or important details easy to see work best. Landscape and portrait orientations both work. Before printing I run every image through an upscaling tool — but if a photo is very pixelated or grainy I'll contact you before printing rather than send something that doesn't look great.

What size are the magnets?

Square magnets are 50mm x 50mm. Rectangle magnets are 90mm x 65mm. Both are small, fridge-friendly keepsake sizes — not large home decor magnets.

How long does it take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving your photos. Shipping times vary depending on your location — standard Australia Post timeframes apply once dispatched.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Currently shipping to Australia and New Zealand. If you're based in the UK or US and would like to place an order, get in touch via the contact page.

Can I return or exchange my magnets?

Because every order is custom made to your photos, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there's a quality issue on our end we'll absolutely make it right — just get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.

Can I order the same photo on multiple magnets?

Yes — just note it in the order notes at checkout and I'll sort it.
